• A two hour hands-on experience w/Gold Prospector Instructor

• Interactive presentation about the California Gold Rush

• Historical story about a child who lived during the 1850's

• Panning for gold in our Gold panning trough that has running water.

• Student will have a small bag of fools gold/gems that they have discovered themselves

• Rock/Gem sorting and basics of formation of igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks
